Taking a Break
At Ercolini & Company LLP, we want our employees to maintain the energy and creativity necessary to succeed in the public accounting profession.
Accordingly, we believe that it is important to “take a break” from the hectic work pace to gather together throughout the year through events like the tax season shrimp feast, after tax season party, summer outing, or company sponsored sports team events.
In addition, we recently partnered with the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, a local non-profit institution, to offer free classes to our employees to explore their interests on topics ranging from ballet and ethnic cooking to beginner golf lessons.
