Eric G. Montague
Eric G. Montague, CPA originally joined Ercolini & Company LLP in 1993 after spending two years in private industry. He spent two years from 1998 – 1999 as a corporate comptroller for a national real estate management company and returned to the firm in 2000. He was admitted as an audit partner in the firm in 2005. He has over ten years of public accounting experience serving a wide variety of client groups – real estate (affordable housing, commercial developers, construction contractors, property management), non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, higher education institutions, and high net-worth individuals.
Eric personally oversees the audits of various subsidized rental housing developments and higher education institutions. He also has provided audit services to a number of non-profit organizations. Eric also directly oversees tax planning and tax return preparation for a number of closely held businesses and their owners.
He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Eric has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
