William Crane, CPA, MST, is a partner in the firm and Director of its Tax Department. Bill provides tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their families.  Bill’s expertise includes designing tax structures for organizations and their owners, always with an eye towards minimizing overall taxes. He has served clients in a variety of industries, with a concentration in real estate.

Bill also has experience in working with financially troubled businesses, including planning for the tax aspects of insolvency, bankruptcy, and debt restructuring.

Bill is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He has also testified as an expert witness regarding various complex tax and business matters. Bill graduated from Northeastern University and received a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.

Bill loves to play golf with friends and clients, and is an avid Big East Basketball fan.
