Philip A. Weitzel
Philip A. Weitzel, CPA, is the firm’s managing partner. Phil joined Ercolini & Company LLP in January 2001 after spending over 17 years with a national/regional public accounting firm.
He provides a broad range of tax and financial services to the real estate industry, including affordable housing, commercial, developers, management agents, low-income housing and historic tax credits, asset management, and due diligence.
Phil’s clients and industry experience include nonprofit organizations, manufacturers, retailers, closely held businesses, and individuals. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Phil has an undergraduate degree in business administration/accounting from American University in Washington, DC.
