Mark A. Snyder, CPA is an audit manager with over thirteen years of public accounting experience.  Mark joined Ercolini & Company LLP in 2010 after spending over twelve years with two national and regional public accounting firms.

Mark has extensive experience providing audit and tax services to the real estate industry including affordable housing, commercial real estate, developers, management agents and construction firms.  He is well versed in the accounting, auditing and compliance regulatory requirements of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and various state agencies.  In addition, Mark provides development consulting as well as preparation of LIHTC and HUD regulated mortgagor and contractor cost certifications.  Mark also has experience with not-for-profit organizations and governmental entity clients.

Mark actively participates in the development and mentoring of the firm’s professional staff.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.  Mark has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle and is licensed in Massachusetts as a Certified Public Accountant.  He enjoys following all of Boston’s sports teams, fishing, golf, and spending time with his family.
