Eric G. Montague
Eric G. Montague, CPA is an audit partner with over fifteen years of public accounting experience. He also has two years experience as a corporate controller for a national real estate management company. He services a wide variety of client groups including real estate (affordable housing, commercial developers, construction contractors, and property management), non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, higher education institutions, and high net-worth individuals.
Eric personally oversees the audits of various subsidized rental housing developments and higher education institutions. He has provided audit services to a number of non-profit organizations. Eric also directly oversees tax planning and tax return preparation for a number of closely held businesses and their owners.
Internally Eric plays a vital role training staff accountants in their responsibilities as auditors. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Eric has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Eric actively supports charitable causes. He and his family have been one of the top 3 “friends and family” team fundraisers for the American Heart Association's Boston Heart Walk during 2007, 2008 and 2009 (Click here for a picture of Eric receiving an award for the accomplishment). He also regularly participates in the annual JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge and has been a firm organizer for the event.
